The Newman Youth Centre is a free, all-inclusive space for young people aged 10-17 years.
The Centre operates as a drop-in service where young people are free to come and go freely during operating hours.

Newman Youth Centre offers a great range of opportunities for all young people aged 10-17 to participate in their local community. This includes arts and crafts, sporting activities, school holiday activities and engaging youth in awesome community initiatives. Newman Youth Centre contributes to the planning of youth-related events such as Youth Week, International Women’s Day Youth Celebration and many more.

We are always looking to help young people have a voice and be engaged in their community. All young people are requested to fill out an Annual Membership Form by a responsible adult in their household.
Staff are available to assist with this form.
This enables staff to provide a safe environment and duty of care to the young people attending.

Newman Youth Centre Holiday Program
This school holidays the Youth Centre have an awesome selection of activities to keep you entertained. There's something for everyone, from drumming, swimming with inflatables, fire extinguisher fun and active days of Mini Olympics, skate park days and parkour. Open for 10 - 17 years, all free and food and transport provided.
Shire of East Pilbara Term 3 Holiday Program
There are many organisation offering holiday activities for children and young people. This booklet has all the programs taking place in the Newman Town Centre over the holiday break. Most of the activities are all free, though some may have a small fee. Be sure to have a look at what's on offer every day.
