New Expression of Interest - Airport Space to Lease

The Shire of East Pilbara invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified businesses to lease office space at Newman Airport, Great Northern Highway, Newman WA 6753.

The office space is located at the entrance to the terminal and was formerly used as a small café. It is suitable for storage, a small office, or a mini-café (subject to health approvals). The Shire is seeking proposals from businesses that can provide services or activities which benefit the community, airport tenants and visitors, such as refreshment services, customer-facing retail, community support, tourism information, or shared working facilities.

EOIs must be lodged in full by the Deadline: 10:00am (WST), Wednesday, 3rd September 2025.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the submission.
