Local Government Elections are held every two years, on the third Saturday in October, with usually half of the Council seats becoming vacant on a biennial rotation, subject to other vacancies.

Central Ward

Number of Positions: 4

Shire of East Pilbara elections are conducted by the Western Australian Electoral Commission as postal elections.
If you want to nominate for a councillor position, you MUST complete this 30-minute online induction provided by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
