$250 INCENTIVE FOR RESIDENTIAL OWNER-OCCUPIERS

Living in the Shire of East Pilbara

ELIGIBILITY

• Must own a residential property within the Shire of East Pilbara.
• Must live in the property that they own.
• Maximum of $250 per property.
• Must provide proof of residential address (driver’s licence and bill) plus Assessment # on Rates Notice.
• A property owned in the name of a company is NOT eligible.

CONDITIONS

1. If multiple property owners are eligible, all owners must sign the application form, and ID
of those owners must be provided.
2. Period of eligibility is between 1 August 2026 – 30 June 2027.
3. A limit of one payment of $250 per property for the 2026/27 financial year
4. Approved applicants will receive $250 by electronic funds transfer (EFT).
