PERMIT FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS TO A CLOSED ROAD FOR ESSENTAIL TRAVEL FORM

Please email your completed form to [email protected] who will review and sign, and if approved grant you a permit.

ADVANCED NOTICE

Planned blasting works will be carried out from 22 January to June 2026

Intermittent ROAD CLOSURES will be in place to ensure the safety of road users and workers. and will reopen as soon as safe to do so.

Please allow extra travel time, follow traffic management directions, and obey all signage.

Great Northern Highway, 800 metres South of Hope Downs Access Road to 2km North of Hope Downs Access Road, Newman

Between SLK1259.40 to SLK1262.25

Closures will be in place for up to 15minutes

Marble Bar Road, from Ripon Hills Road to Nullagine

Access to McPhee Mine Site available from Marble Bar end
ROAD WILL BE CLOSED from 8am to 5pm on Friday 20 March, Sunday 22 March and Tuesday 24 March
Saturday 4 April, Monday 6 April and Wednesday 8 April

Closures will be in place for up to one hour between 1.00pm and 5.00pm on all other blasting days
