The Shire of East Pilbara invites offers for the purchase of equipment it considers surplus to requirements. Printers can be viewed by appointment only June 03, 2021 – June 17, 2021.

The shelving and stereo can be viewed by appointment only June 03, 2021 – June 17, 2021. Contact Nikki Montgomery during office hours on 9175 1963 for more information or to view. Photos and information of items are on the following page. All items are offered in the condition they are in.

Proffers may be contained in a sealed envelope endorsed with the appropriate Proffer number ADMN21-01. They shall be addressed and mailed to:

Or deposited in the tender box situated at the Newman Shire Administration Office, corner of Kalgan drive and Newman drive;

Or they may be emailed to [email protected] and must be received on or before June 18, 2021.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the proffer submission.

Acceptance of the proffer is at the discretion of the CEO or relevant Executive Manager. If there are 2 or more tenders of the same value it will go to the most beneficial applicant or is up to the discretion of the CEO or relevant Executive Manager.
