RFT 03-2022/23 – Emu Oval Lighting Upgrade – Supply and Installation

The Shire of East Pilbara is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified, licenced and experienced Contractors to supply and install a new LED sports lighting system.
Documentation will be available from Saturday, 17th September, 2022 on https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara
A Mandatory Site Inspection will be held at 10am, Thursday, 29th September, 2022. Refer to Tender document for details.
Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Friday, 7th October, 2022.
Submissions must be made via the Shire’s Tenderlink portal, submissions made by another method or after the deadline will not be accepted.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
