Residential Bulk Verge Collection

In preparation of the cyclone season, the Shire of East Pilbara annual Residential Bulk Verge Collection Service for 2021/2022 will take place on Monday 1 November 2021 until Friday 12 November 2021, inclusive.

All Shire of East Pilbara residents in Newman, Nullagine and Marble Bar are encourage to put their bulk waste out between 6am Saturday 30 October and 6am Monday 1 November 2021.

To make the collection easier, please follow these simple steps:

Separate electronic waste, white-goods and garden waste into separate piles
Neatly place rubbish on the street verge
Trim tree branches/pruning to a maximum length of 1.5m. Larger branches will not be removed
Items should be a maximum weight that is easily handled by two people
Use boxes or bags for lawn clippings, cuttings and leaves; and
Ensure items do not obstruct the footpath or your normal bin services.

This collection is for residents only and does not include commercial premises.
