Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Licence to CipherTel Pty Ltd in
the following terms:

Property: A portion of Reserve 37745, Lot 531, 1509 Howard Drive (Radio Hill), Newman.

Proposed Lessee: CipherTel Pty Ltd.

Rent: $8,000 plus GST per year, subject to an annual increase of 3% or CPI, whichever is the greater.

Term: Ten (10) years.

Valuation: $8,000 plus GST per year.

Submissions are invited from members of the public for Council’s consideration on the proposed
