Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Deed of Assignment, Extension and Variation to Linkforce Procurement Pty Ltd in the following terms:

Property: A portion of the Airport Reserve 44775 known as Lease Area One.

Proposed Lessee: Linkforce Procurement Pty Ltd.

Current Lessee: Linkforce Engineering Pty Ltd.

Rent: $76,793.25 plus GST per year, subject to an annual increase of three percent.

Term: Five (5) Years from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2027 plus one option of a further five (5) years from 1 December 2027 to 30 November 2032.

Valuation: $76,793.25 plus GST per year.
