Permanent Road Closure - Land Administration Act 1997

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the Shire of East Pilbara’s intention to close sections of the Old Broome Road road reserve, near the Pardoo Homestead and also on the Pardoo pastoral lease.
The purpose of the closure is to remove road reserve for pastoral operations.

The proposed closure is shown below in black.
The Shire of East Pilbara is calling for public comment on the closure of the above road reserve.
Submissions must be received no later than 6th April 2022.
