New Request for Tender - RFT17 2026/27

The Shire of East Pilbara invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake road repairs following damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Zelia in February 2025. The works cover Lynus Lookout Road, Kunawarritji Road, Mt Divide Road, Balfour Downs Road and Talawana Track, in accordance with the approved repair treatments and locations specified in the tender documentation.

Tender documentation is available from Saturday 10 October 2026 at https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 15 October 2026 at 1:00 pm AWST. Joining details are provided in the tender documentation. Tenderers who do not attend will be ineligible to tender.

Tenders must be lodged in full through the TenderLink electronic tender box by 10:00 am AWST on Tuesday 27 October 2026. Late tenders and submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

All questions relating to the specification must be submitted via the public forum on the TenderLink portal at least seven days before the closing date.

Canvassing of Councillors and staff will disqualify the tender submission. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
