Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available For Inspection

Local Planning Scheme No. 4 - Scheme Amendment No. 26
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of East Pilbara has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purposes of;
- Amending Lot 325 on Deposited Plan 403101,Lot 1556 on Deposited Plan 70856, Portions of Lot 56 on Deposited Plan 240321, Lot 478 on Deposited Plan 416478, Lot 490 on Deposited Plan 415044 and Lot 491 on Deposited Plan 415045, from a local reserve – recreation to a rural zone and;
- Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
Plans and documents setting our and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at the office of the Shire, Kalgan Drive, Newman and the office of the Western Australian Planning Commission, 140 William St, Perth and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 20 January 2021, or found on our website.
Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the Submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 20 January 2021.
