Local Laws Review

Notice is given, pursuant to section 3.16(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, that the Shire of East Pilbara proposes to review the following local laws:

  • Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2011
  • Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2011
  • Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2011
  • Fencing Local Law 2011
  • Health Local Law 2011
  • Dogs Local Law 2011

Copies of the local laws may be inspected or obtained at the Shire of East Pilbara Administration Office, Corner Kalgan & Newman Drive, Newman WA.

Submissions about the local laws may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of East Pilbara, PMB 22 Newman WA 6753 by 4:00pm, 20 September 2019.
