The Shire of East Pilbara invites Expressions of Interest from not-for-profit and community service providers to lease office space at Newman House, Iron Ore Parade, Newman, WA, 6753.

The Principal is open to flexible leasing and occupation arrangements for this space. The Principal is seeking community organisations who, can provide services to the community including but not limited to: -

• Community and human services referral.
• Community services, programs, activities and events.
• Host visiting health and human services.
• Provide co-working space and computer access to the community.
• Tourist and local area information.
