Expression of Interest – EOI 04-2026/27: Leasing & Development Opportunity – BJJ Clubhouse at North Newman Reserve

The Shire of East Pilbara invites Expressions of Interest from suitable organisations for the occupation, activation and, where appropriate, further development of the existing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu clubhouse at North Newman Reserve. The proposed lease area is approximately 720 m² and is intended for sporting club and community use, or another compatible use that delivers demonstrable benefit to the Newman community.

Expression of Interest documentation is available from 31 July 2026 on https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara

Responses must be lodged in full via TenderLink by the Deadline of 10:00am (AWST), Thursday, 27 August 2026.

All questions regarding the Specification must be submitted via the public forum on the TenderLink Portal.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify a Response. The Shire is not bound to accept any Response and may decide not to proceed with any Respondent.
