Do you have?
- A relevant tertiary qualification such as Certificate
III in Civil Construction Plant Operations or other Plant Operator tickets such
as, but not limited to, Excavators, Graders, front-end loaders, forklift
etcetera,
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory
position related to roadworks construction, including demonstrated ability to
manage resources and contribute to cost control and budget awareness,
- A minimum of five (5) years’ plant operating, road
construction, and maintenance experience,
- Construction
Induction White Card,
- Current 'C' class Drivers
Licence valid in Western Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated
ability to read and interpret construction plans and apply basic surveying
skills in civil construction works. You will have demonstrated ability to
supervise, guide and direct staff, with strong time management, leadership and
planning skills, effective communication, and the ability to work
collaboratively within a team environment.
