Upcoming Events at Kangaroo Oval - 22 & 23 November 2025

The Shire of East Pilbara and BHP would like to announce two major events coming to Newman:
• BHP End of Year Event (Private Event): Saturday, 22 November 2025.
• Party in the Park (Free Community Event): Sunday, 23 November 2025.

Both events will be held at Kangaroo Oval, Fortescue Avenue, and will feature live music, rides,
and entertainment.

Please be advised of the following:
• Increased traffic is expected in the area across the weekend.
• Elevated noise levels may occur due to live music between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on both days.

While the BHP End of Year Event is a private function, BHP is proudly supporting the Shire of East Pilbara to deliver the Party in the Park, which is a free, family-friendly community celebration featuring the same exciting rides and entertainment.
