Proposed Disposal of Property
9 October 2024

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

Property: A dish on the communications tower and partial use of communications shed at Reserve 37745 being land more particularly described as Lot 531 on Deposited Plan 61934 and being the whole of the land comprised in Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume LR3157 Folio 985.

Proposed Lessee: United Christian Broadcasters Australia Ltd

Rent: S500 per annum plus GST.

Term: An initial term of one (1) year with five (5) possible further terms of one (1) year each.

Independent Market Valuation: $500.
