RFT 05-2022/23 – Prequalified Suppliers Panel – Plant and Other Equipment Hire

The Shire of East Pilbara is seeking tenders from contractors to establish a Prequalified Supplier Panel to supply a range of hired plant and other equipment (both wet and dry hire).
Documentation will be available from Saturday, 26th November 2022 on https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara
Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Friday, 16th December 2022.
Submissions must be made via the Shire’s Tenderlink portal, submissions made by another method or after the deadline will not be accepted.

All questions with respect to the Specification must be asked via the public forum on the Tenderlink Portal.
Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
