RFT 02-2022/23 – Provision of Vegetation Services – Parks & Gardens – Newman

The Shire of East Pilbara is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide vegetation services for an initial period of three years.
Documentation will be available from Wednesday, 24tth August, 2022 via: https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara
A Mandatory Site Inspection will be held at 10am, Tuesday, 30th August, 2022. Refer to Tender document for details.
Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Friday, 9th September, 2022.
Submissions must be made via the Shire’s Tenderlink portal, submissions made by another method or after the deadline will not be accepted.

All questions with respect to the Specification must be asked via the public forum on the Tenderlink Portal.
Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
