The Shire of East Pilbara is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified, licenced and experienced Contractors to undertake renovation work to three residential properties in Newman.
Documentation will be available from Saturday, 10th September, 2022 on https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara
A Non Mandatory Site Inspection will be held at 10am, Friday, 23rd September, 2022. Refer to Tender document for details.
Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Friday, 7th October, 2022.
Submissions must be made via the Shire’s Tenderlink portal, submissions made by another method or after the deadline will not be accepted.

All questions with respect to the Specification must be asked via the public forum on the Tenderlink Portal.
Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
