REQUEST FOR TENDER RFT01-2026/27 – Reticulation Upgrade Works – Capricorn Sporting Precinct

The Shire of East Pilbara invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of irrigation and reticulation upgrades at Capricorn, Kangaroo, Emu and Goanna Ovals in Newman.

The Works include investigation and assessment of existing infrastructure, hydraulic modelling and detailed design, together with the renewal, replacement and integration of irrigation, reticulation, pump station, storage, electrical and control infrastructure. The successful Contractor will also be responsible for testing, commissioning, operator training, reinstatement and handover of the completed systems.

Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (AWST) Tuesday 8 September 2026.

A non-mandatory Tender briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:00am (AWST) Tuesday 18th August 2026. Tenderers must confirm attendance by 16th August 2026 in accordance with the RFT.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
