REQUEST FOR TENDER – RFT 16-2026/27 Newman Liquid Waste Facility Sludge Drying Bed Upgrade and Construction Works

The Shire of East Pilbara invites Tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and competent Contractors to deliver the construction scope for the Sludge Drying Bed (SDB)upgrade at the Newman Waste Management Facility.
The Scope of Works defines the construction scope for the SDB upgrade, including liner removal, earthworks, subgrade preparation, bituminous membrane liner installation, concrete access ramp works, stormwater management, testing, quality assurance and handover.

Non-Mandatory In-Person Site Inspection: 10:00am (AWST), Tuesday, 27 October 2026, meeting point is adjacent to the Weighbridge Facility, Yates Road, Newman, WA, 6753.
Tender Closing Deadline: 10:00am (AWST) Thursday, 12th November 2026.
Lodgement: Tenders can only be submitted electronically via the Tenderlink Portal.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members and Staff will disqualify Tenderers from the RFT process.
