REQUEST FOR TENDER RFT 10-2026/27 – AGRN1185 Tropical Cyclone Zelia – Provision of Road Repairs for Roads in Southern and Eastern Area

The Shire of East Pilbara invites Tenders from suitably qualified and licensed Contractors for road repair works in the southern and eastern areas of the Shire following Tropical Cyclone Zelia.

Documentation is available from 30 October 2026 on https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara

Tenders must be lodged in full via the Tenderlink electronic tender box by 10:00am (AWST), Monday, 16  November 2026.

A mandatory Tender briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:00am (AWST), Thursday 5 November 2026. Tenderers must confirm attendance with Forrest McDonald no later than 2:00pm (AWST), Wednesday, 4 November 2026 to receive a meeting invitation. Failure to attend will render the Tenderer ineligible to Tender.

All questions with respect to the Specification must be asked via the public forum on the Tenderlink Portal.

Canvassing of Councillors and Staff will disqualify the Tender submission.  The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
