Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the
Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

Property: A portion of the Reserve 38372, comprising a total area of 17.5m2, being land more particularly described as Lot 995 on Deposited Plan 215749 and being the whole of the land
comprised in Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume LR3036 Folio 887.

Proposed Lessee: BHP

Rent: $1,900 per annum plus GST.

Term: An initial term of seven (7) years with one (1) possible further term of seven (7) years.

Independent Market Valuation: $1,900.
