Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of property in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a private treaty in the following terms and at the request of the Western Australian Department of Transport, in accordance with the RYDE program funding agreement:

Property:  Suzuki Swift dual pedal car

Proposed Transferee:  Ngarliyarndu Bindirri Aboriginal Corporation

Consideration:  $1.00

Independent Market Valuation:  $22,000
