Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

 Property:  A portion of the Airport Reserve 44775.

 Proposed Lessee:  Amplitel Pty Ltd.

 Rent:  $2,000.00 plus GST per year, subject to an annual increase of 3%.

 Term: Five (5) years from 2023 to 2028 plus three (3) options of a further five (5) years from 2028.

 Independent Market Valuation:  $2,000.00 plus GST per year.
