Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Licence in the following terms:

Property:  A portion of the Airport Reserve 44775 known as Area FS01 and FS03.

Proposed Licensee:  Virgin Australia Cargo Pty Ltd.

Licence Fee:  $5,000.00 plus GST per year, subject to an annual CPI increase (capped at 5%).

Term: One (1) Year from 2023 to 2024 plus two (2) options of a further one (1) year from 2024.

Market Valuation:  $5,000.00 plus GST per year.
