Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

Property:  A portion of Reserve 38771, 10 Lee Lane, Newman known as ‘The Edge’.

Proposed Lessee:  LMT Chill Investments Pty Ltd

Rent:  $32,500.00 plus GST per year, subject to an annual increase of 3% or CPI, whichever of the two is the greater, and a market rent review at the commencement of any further term.

Term: Two (2) years from 2023 to 2025 plus one (1) option of a further two (2) years from 2025.

Independent Market Valuation:  $47,300.00 plus GST per year.
