Pesticide Use Notification

The Shire of East Pilbara is immediately conducting pesticide spraying to address urgent works on its sporting ovals. We advise members of the public to stay clear of the ovals as per schedule below.

Site signage (where practicable) will be in place while works are in progress how long to stay clear from the ovals.

Spraying will be undertaken in the following areas (including surrounding green spaces)

Active Constituent - Kensban 500 Insecticide

• Capricorn Oval - Wednesday 19 February 2:00pm
• Kangaroo Oval - Wednesday 19 February 2:00pm
• Goanna Oval - Wednesday 19 February 2:00pm
• Emu Oval - Wednesday 19 February 2:00pm
• Boomerang Oval and Surrounding Parks - Monday 24 February 8:00am

Usual scheduling to return to normal on Friday 21 February at 4:00pm (excluding Boomerang oval).
