Pursuant to section 5.4(a)(i) of the Local Government Act 1995, I give notice of a Special Meeting of the Council to be convened on Friday, 17 July 2026 at 10.30am to be held in the Newman Council Chambers.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider the following matter/s:
• to consider the Shire of East Pilbara Annual Budget for 2026/2027
• any other items that are considered by you to be necessary for inclusion on the Agenda.
