Local Laws Review

Notice is given, pursuant to section 3.16(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, that the Shire of East Pilbara proposes to review the following local laws:

  • Cemeteries Local Law 2010
  • Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2011
  • Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2011
  • Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2011
  • Fencing Local Law 2011
  • Health Local Law 2011
  • Dogs Local Law 2011

A copy of these local laws may be inspected or obtained at the Shire of East Pilbara Administration Office, Corner Kalgan & Newman Drive, Newman during normal office hours or from its website.

Submissions about these local laws may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of East Pilbara, PMB 22 Newman WA 6753 by 4:00pm, 1 April 2020.
