2025 Outback Fortescue Festival - Public Notice

The Shire of East Pilbara and the Newman Lions Club announces that the 2025 Outback Fortescue Festival will take place from Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August 2025, at Capricorn Oval, Fortescue Avenue in Newman. The event is expected to draw around 2,000 residents and will feature live music and a fireworks display.

Please be aware that there will likely be increased traffic in the area, elevated noise levels due to live music, and fireworks display scheduled for the Sunday at 6:30pm. The fireworks have a one-hour permit and may be set off earlier or later in the event of adverse weather conditions.
