Do you have?

  • A relevant qualification or accreditation in either Business Management, Change Management, or a related field and/or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management frameworks, principles, methodologies, processes and tools, preferably in digital transformation projects or initiatives.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and conducting presentations, applying a range of engagement and communication styles to manage and sustain positive business change.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders effectively. You will have demonstrated capacity to communicate with influence, motivate positively, simplify complex concepts for understanding, and articulate intricate complex situations clearly.
