Do you have?
A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Community
Development, Social Work or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in community development, health
promotion, social inclusion, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability
to work effectively with diverse and underrepresented communities, including
people with disabilities, aged communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander peoples, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups.
Strong understanding
of social inclusion principles, accessibility requirements, and contemporary
issues affecting diverse communities.
Ability to work flexible
hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in facilitation,
community engagement, and stakeholder management. You will have excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with
people from diverse backgrounds.
