Do you have?
- Certificate in Administration/Management/Legal
or Paralegal Skills or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of
products and PDF software with a high degree of accuracy; including the ability
to format well, prepare reports and presentations, and redact information.
- Demonstrated experience in Records and
Information Management and related systems, specifically legal records
management, retention and archiving.
- Excellent time management, organisational
skills, and self-management with the demonstrated ability to operate with
minimal supervision and to use initiative.
- General understanding of or the ability to
quickly acquire an understanding of the legal and ethical obligations
associated with commercial and residential arrangements, in particular
confidentiality and disclosure obligations.
To be successful in this
role you will have a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation.
You will have a demonstrated well-developed written and verbal communication
and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external
parties and manage complex and/or sensitive matters. You will have an excellent
attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure and ability to
identify and suggest improvements.
