$200 INCENTIVE FOR RESIDENTIAL OWNER-OCCUPIERS

Living in the Shire of East Pilbara

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a property owner in the East Pilbara

  • Must live in the property that they own

  • Maximum of $200 per property

  • Must provide proof of address (driver’s licence and bill) plus Rates Notice

  • A property owned in the name of a company is not eligible

CONDITIONS

  1. If multiple property owners are eligible, all owners must sign the application form, and ID of those owners must be provided. Owners must also confirm relevant bank details for the transfer.

  2. The owner/s of each property is eligible to receive $200 once for the 2025/26 rate year.

  3. Period of eligibility is between 1 August 2025 – 30 June 2026.
