East Newman Street Blitz 

The East Newman Street Blitz is back this October, and we're calling on the community to lend a hand in making our neighbourhood cleaner, safer, and more connected.

Dates: Monday 06 & Tuesday 07 October 2025
Time: 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Location: Miners Promise Park, 19 Nimingarra Drive
Free lunch provided for all volunteers

Street Blitz is part of the East Newman Community Outreach initiative, held twice a year to bring together local residents, young people, families, service providers and stakeholders. It’s a chance to work side-by-side to help clean up the streets and parks of East Newman and build a stronger, more connected community.

Volunteers are needed to assist with:

• 🗑️ Collecting rubbish

• 🚛 Loading skip bins
