The Shire of East Pilbara invites tenders from registered building contractors who are suitably qualified and experienced to install repurposed container units on vacant land at the Yurlu Caravan Park (owned by the Shire), Newman, Western Australia. In addition, the Contracted Party shall be required to supply/install all supporting foundations, communal facilities, covered deck, fencing, driveway access, parking, external lighting and connecting services, to produce a turnkey product.
