Residential Property Upgrade – 4 Gunn Place, Newman
The Shire of East Pilbara invites Tenders from registered, suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to complete the renovation and reconfiguration works to the residential property in accordance with the Tender documentation.

Specification Questions: All questions with respect to the Specification must be lodged via the public forum on the Tenderlink portal.
Non Mandatory Site Inspection to be Held: 09:00am, Friday, 20th February 2026 - meet at the front of the property at 4 Gunn Place, Newman.
Deadline: 10:00am (AWST) Thursday, 5th March 2026.
Lodgement: Tenders can only be submitted electronically via the Tenderlink Portal.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members and Staff will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
