Social Impact Assessment – Newman Youth and Community Hub Project
The Shire of East Pilbara (Shire or SoEP) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Social Impact Assessment and develop a Social Impact Evaluation Plan for the Newman Youth and Community Hub Project. The successful Consultant will be required to deliver a multi-year assessment and evaluation framework that aligns with industry best practice and satisfies the requirements of the Shire, its external funding partners, and the community.

Specification Questions: All questions with respect to the Specification must be lodged via the public forum on the Tenderlink portal.
Non Mandatory Tender Briefing: Microsoft Teams, 10:00am, AWST, Tuesday, 11th August 2026. The Tender Briefing will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. Tenderers shall be required to contact the nominated contact person detailed in clause 1.4 of the Tender document to advise of their intended attendance, no later than 04:00pm, Friday, 7th August 2026, they will then be emailed a link to the electronic briefing.
Tender Closing Deadline: 10:00am (AWST) Tuesday, 25th August 2026.
Lodgement: Tenders can only be submitted electronically via the Tenderlink Portal, no other lodgement method will be accepted.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members and Staff will disqualify Tenderers from the RFT process.
