The Shire of East Pilbara invites Expressions of Interest from interested parties for development and activation of Reserve 44387, being Land ID 3081949, Plan P218627 Lot 139, in accordance with the Expression of Interest documentation.
The land is currently vested for Recreation purposes and presents an opportunity for proponents to explore compatible recreational, tourism, community, commercial, sporting, or other appropriate development opportunities, subject to relevant approvals.
The site comprises approximately 118.93 hectares of undeveloped land and was previously utilised as one of Western Australia’s largest public rifle ranges.
