Please be advised that commencing 1st October 2020, single weekly waste bin collections will cease and dual weekly waste bin collections will commence for Newman, Nullagine and Marble Bar. Fortnightly recycling bin collections will continue as per the current schedule.

The event includes a remembrance ceremony surrounded by a series of local sporting events held to fundraise for Western Australia Police Legacy.  The event culminates in the Bloody Slow Cup (Bledisloe Cup), a fiercely contested rugby match between local members of the Australian and Newman Zealand communities.
