Discover why millions of people around the world use Tai chi to help de-stress from the fast pace of modern life. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes such as tennis shoes or slip-ons. It is not advisable to wear cross-trainers as they interfere with your balance. Wear sunblock and bring a bottle of water.
