The Shire of East Pilbara has said goodbye to two of its councillors following the resignation of both Jeton Ahmedi  and Craig Hoyer, both representing the South Ward.

“On behalf of the Shire and my fellow councillors, I would like to thank both Jeton and Craig for their commitment to Council and their service to the people of the Shire of East Pilbara,” said Shire President Lynne Craigie.

“It has been a pleasure serving the people of the East Pilbara with Jeton and Craig and we wish both them and their families the best.”

Former councillor Craig Hoyer was elected to Council as a member for the South Ward in October 2011. Former councillor Jeton Ahmedi was elected to Council, also as a member for the South Ward, in October 2015.
